CONSULTATION AND PSYCHOTHERAPY FEES
Hourly rates apply
to in-person or telephone consultations, record review, school visits, report writing, and child/adolescent therapy, group
counseling and consultation with other professionals. There is a one-hour minimum for school visits.
Initial consultations
(60-90 minutes) $145/ hr.
Psychotherapy sessions (45-60 minutes)
$145/ hr.

Fees
for diagnostic assessment varies based on your needs. Please call for consultation.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
Payment is due in full at the time of service. Payment can be made by check,
cash, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). In cases of diagnostic evaluations, 50% of the payment
can be paid at time of service; however, the remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the evaluation. Checks should be made out to Dr. LaRonta M. Upson.
