Why choose teletherapy?
Research shows that teletherapy is as effective as traditional in-person therapy sessions. While measured outcomes are the same, teletherapy also offers some unique advantages.

Highly engaging
No talking heads. Using the latest technologies, our therapists create interactive sessions that are highly creative and can be personalized to your child’s interests.

Accessible
Teletherapy works where you are, when it’s convenient for your family, as often as you need it. Access the most appropriate therapist for your child, regardless of their location.

Home-centric
By treating your child at home, the therapist can see the child in their natural environment, and address challenges and behaviors to improve functionality at home.

Transparent
Parents can easily observe sessions, glean strategies in action, and share feedback. Sessions can be recorded and used for evaluation and training.
Our Story
We believe there can be real relief for the challenges in a child's life through our accessible, hyperpersonalized online teletherapy sessions. HYM's highly experienced Doctoral or Masters Level Therapists provide a solution with staying power, where a child's needs will most certainly be met due to the range of options and solutions available.
We craft care plans that remove the barriers to a more rewarding life experience for children and families alike. And we provide support for siblings and loved ones who should receive their own resources for positive growth.
“Every child deserves the most effective behavioral and mental health care available.”
- Paul Graf, CEO

Our mission is two-fold. To make early intervention the priority and to serve children in communities where access to the latest evidence-based therapies is limited. Through our telehealth model, we can match a child’s needs to provider expertise. We can offer therapies in the home, where the majority of challenges present themselves.
After seeing the quality and access limitations of mental health in our own community, we got to work. Our local clinic in Eagle, Colorado, delivers desperately needed services to families of all socio-economic levels. Drawing on my experience with tech and internet startups, and the proven success of teletherapy with over 70 percent of local clients during Covid-19, we created a telehealth model to effectively and creatively meet the needs of a massively underserved population.
Don’t just listen to us.
Both telehealth and in-person had similar improvements in 5 of 6 outcome measures.Level of improvement made with telehealth matched or exceeded progress reported for onsite speech therapy. Teletherapy yielded more positive expressive language outcomes than face-to-face delivery. Our Story
